The UNC Charlotte ADVANCE Faculty Affairs Office and Diversity Office provides leadership and support for all ADVANCE program components. The ADVANCE team centralizes and guides leadership and faculty development initiatives and mentoring efforts, and supports policy changes to promote institutional changes to benefit all faculty.

Dr. Huet is the Director for the UNC Charlotte ADVANCE Faculty Affairs and Diversity Office and a Professor of  Kinesiology. Dr. Andrea Dulin
Project Director

Andrea Dulin is the Project Director for the UNC Charlotte ADVANCE Faculty Affairs Office. She received her B.S. in Physiology and her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from University College Cardiff in Wales, U.K. Her Postdoctoral studies in Houston, Texas focused on understanding how the immune system can modulate nervous system function. Kerrie Stewart
Special Assistant to the Council on University Community
